German Gray Market came to Prescott Arizona with young prep school student in around 1980. Suffered at this ownership and was sold to Ken Shafer, Mayor of Prescott and owner of BMW shop in 1985. Ken modified it to hot rod quality. I purchased in 1988 and have SLOWLY been repairing/replacing everything. Bosy and paint done, suspension restored and ready for upgrades. Next: total leather and wool classic interior restoration/upgrade. Last will be engine/trans. Will restore original engine but may install upgraded unit. Has not been outside or driven since 1988. Same time, same live as raising my son.
