It's still sitting covered in the garage.... My husband has dementia and will never drive it again. I don't drive a stick shift. A couple of years ago we left it with the BMW dealership in Charlotte, NC, as the air conditioning didn't work. They had the car for 5 months, but never solved the problem. Said they tried to find a part and couldn't. If I remember correctly, they were looking for the casing that holds the evaporator. As we were driving home, the passenger window dropped down and won't go back up. The back tire is flat and the battery dead. To the best of my knowledge those are the only things wrong with the car. None of our family lives near enough to take it to a repair shop (I'm NOT going back to the dealership). Anyway, that's the long version of my saga. As soon as I can get someone to drive it for me, I will have those issues corrected, take pictures and send them out if anyone is interested. I still have no idea of it's value - my guess is between 20-25K, although at one time we were told to never sell it for anything under 30k. Original interior. Painted in 1988.
