1973 BMW 3.0CS E9 Coupe finished in Ruby Red Metallic with Tan leather interior. This desirable chrome bumper, four speed manual transmission, sunroof example has had a complete engine rebuild as well as a bare metal, front fender replacement body restoration. Although it was done several years ago, it has help up remarkably well. We have just run the car through the shop where it has just had a major service including a rebuild of it's triple Weber conversion and much attention spent to the details that make this car a very nice 3.0CS. The doors close with a resounding thud as should be expected with a well sorted car. Driving this hand built CS with it's upgraded 3.3 liter, triple Weber drive train will certainly impress you with it's effortless acceleration and contemporary performance. Mind you this is a vintage 40 year old BMW. The phrase, " They don't make them like they used to" is heard repeatedly in the back of your satisfied mind. Equipped with a factory sun roof, authentic Alpina light weight 16 inch alloys, Alpina steering wheel, power windows and air conditioning. There are imperfections on the dashboard and while not a show winning example, it presents itself extremely well and is a high caliber, rust free, well sorted example that we have just spent over 120 hours on.
