Seen on eBay in a very sad state:

One of BMW's best lookin' cars ever. This one needs a lot of work but it is mostly complete. This car to be sold whole or as parts. I will compile a list and if I get to $1800 in parts people want before it sells I will take it apart. There are about $500 in back DMV fees that I will not pay so take this into consideration. The good points are obvious, its a Coupe!!. Most parts except a little trim are there. Engine and body and interior and bumpers and front/rear lights etc. are there. The car is pretty straight and has an unusual feature as far as I've ever noticed it has a "soft top" type of sunroof (made of vinyl instead of metal). Engine ran strong before it was parked. The downside of this car; reflected in price, the auto tranny lost reverse and one of the forward gears, there are numerous rust "bubbles" in the paint, the repaint was about ten years old, and the interior is sunrotted and mostly good only as frames and templates.
It has the original wheels and it seems that very little was changed from bone stock.
