Purchased as a parts car, it had spent at least two years (and probably more) sitting outside. The last registration indicated in the limited paperwork was from 1986. The car's structure had largely been destroyed by rust although most of the trim and glass was still in place and presentable. The black interior had been removed and stored inside. This was purchased at the same time at the shell of the car.
